Gleam Window Cleaning customer update December 2025
As 2025 draws to a close, and after 9 years of running a busy window cleaning business, I have reached a stage where I wish to pursue other projects and plans. To that end I have decided to transfer Gleam Window Cleaning to new ownership, in the form of a young, dynamic partnership, Joel and Phoebe, effective from January 1st 2026. They have been running a successful window cleaning business in Bristol for some years and are now relocating to our beautiful Pembrokeshire. They will continue to provide the same detail oriented and customer focused service that I have striven to achieve since I started the business in 2016.
Over the coming weeks I will be introducing Joel and Phoebe to as many of you as possible, but if I don't get the opportunity to introduce them in person, they will be in contact soon to advise of your next appointment. All the terms and details of your window cleaning will remain unchanged, even the Gleam name will remain. I will be passing your contact details to them for the purpose of carrying out their work, and can assure you your details will not be shared with anyone outside of Gleam Window Cleaning. If you don't want your contact details passed on, please get in touch with me to opt out.
I will be on hand for ongoing support for Joel and Phoebe as the handover of the business progresses, and I'm always available if you would like to contact me. I have spent some time carefully selecting someone in whom I can confidently entrust with the care of the business, and the most important part, you the customer.
